Had a nice time. Came in Osaka to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was nice base for doing it. There were neat & cheap rooms with a very luxery touch, tea. The staff were amicable and patient and kept the place immaculately clean.

The food was amazing with good choice of options. The staff were PATIENT and affable, no complaints. Really enjoyed our stay at hotel and would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel amenities were great. the vending machines and laundry facilities on-site were a plus, and we appreciated being given fresh towels and amenities every day. the location was also excellent, with multiple convenience stores and cafes just a minute walk away.

The room was quite small, and it was difficult to open our suitcases conveniently. the pillow was quite tough and uncomfortable, which made sleeping on our stomachs difficult.

Had an awesome experience during my New Year’s stay at a hotel in Japan. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to all my needs. The free snacks and drinks available at the lobby were a great treat. , the room had all the amenities I could ask for, including a kettle and aircon. Plus, the location was just right since it was easily accessible to convenience stores and train stations.
